Aim:
Organisations today operate in a climate where continual improvement is both an expectation and a necessity. In order to achieve and sustain improvements, they need to build increased personal effectiveness in staff at all levels. In other words, they must maximise potential, which is exactly what a coaching style of management and mentoring achieve.
The trainer for this course has been a fully qualified Master Coach since 2000 and is Head of Corporate for the largest coach training organisation in Europe. This means that it is delivered by a recognised expert in an enthusiastic and knowledgeable way, with plenty of practical exercises.
Course Objectives:
To teach a coaching style of management that enables staff in a supervisory role to develop their staff in the most effective way possible.
Attendees learn coaching tools, techniques and models that have a proven track record for improving performance in the workplace.
Through practical exercises, delegates have the opportunity to coach and be coached and thus experience at first hand the benefits of a coaching style of management.
